Audience Fit and Notes
Under the new Work Health and Safety legislation, organisations are now required to raise mental health awareness across the entire business as part of their duty to manage psychosocial hazards. Breaking the Silence is the ideal workshop to meet this obligation, delivering a highly effective, whole-of-workforce introductory session and a strong foundation for any mentally healthy workplace strategy.
The content covers sensitive topics, including suicide, and is delivered by experienced facilitators. Each participant receives an accompanying resource they can engage with and share with others. The session can be tailored to meet client needs and event tie-ins (e.g. R U OK? Day, Mental Health Month, Safe Work Month).
