Course Overview
This is an interactive workshop designed to help workers show up at their best — physically prepared, mentally sharp, and ready to back their team. Drawing on the disciplines of elite rugby league, former NRL professionals bring real-world experience to the themes of preparation, teamwork, and leadership in a way that is honest, practical, and relevant to life on worksites. This is about building a crew culture where everyone looks out for themselves and their work colleagues because a switched-on team is a safe and productive one

Audience Fit and Notes
Work Ready – Switched On runs for approximately 45 to 60 minutes and is suited to blue-collar workforces in high-risk industries, including Rail, Civil, Mining and Construction environments.

The session requires minimal setup — a projector. HP3 will bring tennis balls, footballs, and A4 paper etc. Participants leave with an individual Take 5 Card summarising the three Core Themes and directing them to available support options, ensuring the conversation continues beyond the room.
