Course Overview

This nationally recognised Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course builds awareness of mental health and mental illness and teaches a structured support scaffold to guide supportive workplace conversations. This evidence-based, two-day course provides hands-on learning and practical scenarios for general mental health support, while also highlighting the critical actions needed in a mental health crisis. Participants receive a 3-year accreditation as a certified Mental Health First Aider.
