Course Overview
The Strive and Support (High School year 11 and 12) Workshop is a proactive session designed to give participants awareness about wellbeing and an understanding of the relationship between mental and physical health. This session is backed by Equi Energy Youth’s co-founder Dr Stephen Spencer (PhD). This evidence based and trauma informed framework builds and identifies ‘in the moment’ support and strategies a young person experiencing an episode of psychological distress can use.
