Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (designed & delivered by Heart HR) is a practical and engaging program designed to help organisations meet their legal obligations under Australia's Respect@Work reforms, while building a safer, more respectful workplace culture.
The course provides employees and managers with a clear understanding of what constitutes sexual harassment and other unlawful workplace behaviours, why they matter, and the role every individual plays in preventing harm. It goes beyond definitions to make the law relevant and actionable.

The course highlights the real consequences of non-compliance through recent Australian case studies, including significant financial penalties, dismissals, reputational damage, and personal liability. It reinforces that "banter", intent, seniority, or informality are not defences under the law.
