Audience Fit and Notes

Safe Work Australia has issued clear direction that managers, supervisors, and people leaders must be trained to identify and respond to mental health risks under the new Work Health and Safety legislation. Mental Health Response Training addresses this requirement, equipping your leadership team with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to meet their duty of care and respond appropriately when team members are struggling. It is the practical, accredited solution for organisations serious about leadership capability and WHS compliance.

Each course includes a short knowledge assessment and participant feedback survey, which can be summarised into a tailored training report for the client. This course is recognised by the Australian Counselling Association, providing participants with credible, industry-endorsed accreditation.
