The Coach2Cope program is designed as a foundation that can be extended through follow-up sessions to individualise support, build personalised TAR3 support plans, and reflect on and analyse episodes of distress. The training can also be supported by an online subscription-based system, customised to your organisation, that reinforces learning, embeds the framework into everyday practice, and supports ongoing capability across the team.
