Audience Fit and Notes
Safe Work Australia has issued clear direction that managers, supervisors, and people leaders must be trained to identify and respond to mental health risks under the new Work Health and Safety legislation, and that this capability must be maintained over time. The Mental Health Response Refresher is the practical way to keep your accredited Mental Health Responders current, confident, and compliant, protecting both your people and your organisation's ongoing duty of care to a mentally healthy workplace.

Each refresher includes a short knowledge assessment and participant feedback survey, which can be summarised into a tailored training report for the client. On successful completion, participants will extend their accreditation as a Mental Health Responder for a further 2 years.
