Audience Fit and Notes
Under the new Work Health and Safety legislation, Safe Work Australia has issued clear direction that organisations must identify and manage psychosocial hazards across the entire business, with senior officers and PCBUs holding both organisational and personal duty of care obligations. Leaders today are expected to take proactive, preventative, and evidence-based action, not simply respond to complaints, absenteeism, or claims. This session is designed as both a standalone leadership briefing and as the strategic foundation for rolling out further mental health and WHS-aligned training across the workforce.
